Canon RF 50mm 1.8 Review - Filmed Entirely with this Awesome Lens

This entire video was filmed with the Canon RF 50 1.8. Blurry backgrounds, sharp images, great autofocus- it’s hard to go wrong with a good 50mm lens, and Canon's RF 1.8 is not only a great, budget friendly option– it's much more than a simple RF update of the classic EF version.

And thank you to our dogs for being great sample subjects, even when the director was ruff to work with. It's also worth mentioning that since the shots of the lens itself were filmed with mirrors, the quality/sharpness was decreased. Make no mistake– this is a super sharp lens! I have noticed some chromatic aberation at f1.8, but nothing beyond the original EF version, and if anything, slightly less.
