How to: Ruffled tie straps top

A tutorial on sewing this super cute, summery top! I realised my straps were a bit too tight in the video, but obviously you can make it longer by retying the bow/knot. Leave the back straps and tie the two front straps up for a halter neck style!

Materials:
1m to 1.5m Flowy, lightweight fabric
1m elastic (1-1.5cm wide)

If the ruffles are too big for your liking, only use 70% of your upper bust measurement : upper busy measurement X 0.7
