Pakistan vs India in ICJ (Part 2)

THE HAGUE - International Court of Justice (ICJ) hears Pakistan's arguments after India asked the court on Monday (February 18) to order the release of an Indian national, Kulbhushan Sudir Jadhav, sentenced to death by Pakistan.

The former Indian naval officer was arrested in March 2016 in the Pakistani province of Baluchistan and convicted of spying.
