I highlight why AR 45 is so important in Genshin Impact, since it's the final step to truly grind artifacts in Genshin. Should you grind artifacts in Genshin Impact? Yes. It's just WHEN you should. So the question is, when should I grind artifacts in Genshin Impact? The answer is when you want to, but preferably at AR 45 (in my opinion)
