HOW TO Back Purge Stainless Steel Tube and Schedule Pipe + TIPS

Today we will be talking about HOW TO Back Purge stainless tube and pipe + TIPS. We will be using Silicon purge plugs from @Tigaesthetics and I will be going over the essentials needed to make a good quality Back purge. We will be showing examples of Carbide Precipitation as well as good atmosphere free purges on stainless steel tube and pipe. Titanium is basically the same method but you really don't want to see any oxidation on It like you'll see on stainless steel. Titanium is much more sensitive to complete changes in the materials structure when you don't back purge correctly. In the video I will post a link to another video in this series called "How to properly prep stainless tube".. You would be surprised at how many people in the industry are not back purging their products and that is constantly resulting in Cracking and constant repair. Pair that with a race car or something that needs to perform and the two just don't go together.. GOOD QUALITY WELDS are key to any product.
