A day in my life at The House of Dancing Water

I filmed this video two years ago and only decided to edit/post it today. This is a little different from my usual cover videos, but I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless.

Next month, we would have celebrated The House of Dancing Water’s 10th anniversary. Because of COVID-19, the world paused and crumbled a bit. THODW was no exception. As we await for more news, here’s a vlog I finally decided to finish editing (2 years later) because it is always strange to reminisce about things that no longer exist (speaking about that old canteen of course).

For those who have always wondered what I was doing every Summer in Macau, this video sums it up quite well. It shows you a glimpse of my daily life back in 2018, as I was an intern in the Stage Management department. I wish I had more footage to work with, but it is what it is!

I first stepped into that theatre when I was 11 and felt overwhelmed by its entirety. Today, I know the show a little better but feel just as overwhelmed because it still is and will remain one of the best shows ever.
