Fun Activities to Improve Mental Health while Social Distancing - CT KASA

Stay-at-home orders, while necessary, have had a negative impact on people’s mental health, especially for those who already have depression or other mental health conditions. But, there are ways to follow social distancing guidelines and stay active to improve your mental health.

In this video, the teens and young adults in Connecticut’s Kids As Self Advocates (also known as CT KASA) will share the activities they have done to stay happy and improve their mental health during the pandemic.
