My Irish Castle, Castle Carraig na Curragh, archaeology

This is an archaeological survey of the current dig at Castle Carraig na Curragh, plus a survey of the sites in the area surrounding the castle. This relates to Castle Carraig na Curragh and the O'Leary Clan as well as the Lee Valley and rural Ireland in West Cork.
This program covers sites from the Mesolithic and Neolithic periods through to Medieval and specifically Cromwellian times with mention made of the Norman Invasion and Irish Clan movement.
Contains stone circles, standing stones, ringforts, cairn, dolmen and other early features. Also contains Viking Crannog.
