For Dutch family farming company Boelens Biddinghuizen vegetable harvesting specialist Asa-Lift from Denmark created a unique cabbage harvester. This massive machine can best be described as a moving cabbage factory. Two harvesting heads pick up this delicate crop from the ground and transfer it into boxes for long term storage. This way, you can enjoy fresh vegetables even in the midst of winter. Let this video take you through the whole harvesting process on this farm in the Netherlands.
