FACETING A PEAR SHAPE IN TOPAZ

Im cutting a barion type pear shape today . A viewer contacted me and asked if i would cut this design. It is the utopia pear and was a contest stone for the master class of the united states faceters guild a few years back. The design is written for topaz angles so i had a nice piece of clear topaz and used it.The barion designs have a extra row of facets just below or above the girdle line sometimes the design will have them both above and below.
