📚🎓 1974 at Fike Senior High School: I was honored to be featured in Who’s Who—a proud moment among many talented students! 🌟

🥁🎶 Percussion Power: At the All State North Carolina Band auditions held at East Carolina University, I was selected the #1 Percussionist (1st Chair, Symphonic Band) in the State of North Carolina! - HINT: As Percussion Leader of WSSU Marching RAMS - Stone Funk Percussion Section, I received the nickname “STYX” 🥁💪

🎬🎼 Here's the icing on the cake: The legendary John Williams—known for his iconic scores like Star Wars, Jaws, Superman, Indiana Jones plus many more—conducted the All State Symphonic Band with an original score he wrote. We performed that evening, with me playing the Timpani (Kettledrums)! 🎥⭐
