Jimmy Hopkins appears once as an easter egg in the Chapter 4 mission known as "The Joys of Civilization" in RDR2. He is shown as the leader of a group of kids in Saint Denis, similar in Bully. The RDR2 easter egg and RDR2 reference Jimmy Hopkins NPC/pedestrian also does a humiliation move such as slapping in melee combat and dunking in a toilet, much like the Jimmy Hopkins in Bully. I honestly think this is an intentional nod, easter egg, and reference to Bully Scholarship Edition or Canis Canem Edit. There's also another easter egg revolver weapon that has "Canis Canem Edit" engraved on the side of it which is called "Calloway's Revolver" in RDR2. I think Rockstar Games is trying to hint that Bully 2 is coming very soon after releasing Red Dead Redemption 2, RDR2 PC, or Red Dead Online content.
