يعد خليج زيتونة بيروت واحد من أكثر الاماكن السياحية في بيروت فخامة، وواحد من أشهر المعالم التي تم تحديثها في لبنان، ويمتد على مساحة 2000 متر مربع من رأس بيروت وصولا إلى مارينا ضبية، وفي ركنه الشرقي يوجد مرفأ بيروت الدولي

كان خليج زيتونة في بيروت سابقاً يعرف باسم خليج سان جورج، حيث يقال أنه تم في هذا الخليج قتل القديس سان جورج الذي يعتبر شفيع المسيحيين في بيروت، ولقد احتضن الخليج في عام 1971 بطولة العالم للإبحار قبل اندثار الحرب الأهلية

وبعد الحرب تولت شركة سوليدير الرائدة في مجال المقاولات عملية تجديده وإقامة مشروع تجاري وسياحي ضخم عليه، ليصبح الخبيج اليوم واحد من أكبر المزرات السياحية في لبنان ويتوافد إليه عشرات الآلاف يوميا.

ويمتاز خليج زيتونة بيروت بقربه من العديد من المعالم التاريخية والطبيعية البارزة مثل كورنيش بيروت ومتحف بيوت الوطني وقصر سرسق وشارع الحمرا، وغيرهم الكثير من الأماكن السياحية المميزة في بيروت.
