internally rotated shoulders might be the problem

A lot of people with tight neck, shoulder- / headache problems out there.
I believe, that muscular imbalance is the main problem.

(Muscles frontside of the body are always in use; computer / smartphone.. and easily visible in the mirror - backside of the body is often ignored + too weak)

In this video I provide 1 relaxing exercise - as easy as it gets, and 3 great muscle strengtening exercises from @brosepfitness, @BradleyMartynOnline and myself.
