1️⃣ Warm-up - Passing drill + Coordination
⏱️ Duration: 2 x 5 minutes
Focus on quick, accurate passes to get your muscles warmed up and ready for the next exercises.

2️⃣ Ball possession 6+1 (GK) in 3
⏱️ Duration: 3 x 6 minutes
Play with minimal touches, counting the number of passes. 8 passes = 1 point. The goal is to regain possession as quickly as possible and score in one of the small goals. The goalkeeper is available for both teams!

3️⃣ Passing + 2v2
⏱️ Duration: 2 x 10 minutes
Work on passing accuracy and speed during 2v2 situations.

4️⃣ 4+4v4
⏱️ Duration: 4 minutes
Play with minimal touches, quickly moving the ball forward to the 'joker' players. Number of repetitions: 6.
