Train Your Feet for Better Balance & Movement

Your feet are the foundation of everything you do. They provide feedback to the brain about balance, stability, and how you interact with the ground beneath you.

In this simple exercise, you’ll work on toe flexion, foot strength, balance, and coordination by coming into a lunge, lifting the back heel so you’re on the toes of the back foot, and gently lowering and lifting the back knee.

Small improvements in foot mobility and strength can have a ripple effect throughout the entire body. Whether you’re practicing yoga, strength training, walking, or simply moving through daily life, healthy feet matter.
