20 min Total Body Muscle Building Physioball and Dumbbell Strength

A great workout to challenge your entire body, including your core! A set of dumbbells and physioball aren’t required, but will increase the challenge and help you progress your workouts towards your goals when you are ready.! Modifications are provided if you do not have a physioball. A quick warm-up leads right into a 50 on and 20 off work interval of strength exercises used to build muscle. You should aim for 8-12 repetitions using weights that are challenging for you while maintaining control and good form! With just 2 groups of 2 exercises you challenge ALL of your major muscle groups, your core and your mindset to work towards your goals! This workout will leave you feeling engaged and accomplished!

Warm-Up
Quadruped “T”
Glute Bridge Pullover
Deadlift to Row

Workout: 50 on/20 off 3x through
Physioball Row
Static DB Lunge L

Physioball Chest Press
Static DB Lunge R

Cooldown and Stretch
