CSS Flex or Grid in GenerateBlocks? (Flexible vs. fixed!)

Sure, this is an old topic, and GenerateBlocks sort of makes this decision for you -- there's a Grid block that makes setting up a CSS Grid pretty stinkin' easy. But in many ways CSS Flex (or Flexbox) and CSS Grid are very similar, and you can achieve a lot of the same layouts with both. It turns out, however, that a single factor can help you determine which one you need, and I only discovered this just recently after reading up on it (and it was sort of a "well, duh" moment).
