A veteran cop breaks down as he signs off one last time. Officer Dave Shelton is retiring after 39 years from the Kelso Police Department in Washington State. So you can imagine how difficult it was too make that final radio call. Like other cops whose emotional "last calls" are posted on YouTube, Officer Shelton expected waterworks. Barb, his wife of 42 years, knew her husband would choke up.
