Ex-Liberal MP plans to sit as Independent despite calls for resignation

Newly elected Independent MP Kevin Vuong says he will represent his Toronto riding, despite growing pressure for him to resign so a byelection can be held. Vuong was dropped by the Liberal party days before the election because of past allegations of sexual assault.
