Leica M Lens System with Peter Karbe

Peter Karbe is the Head of the Optical Development Department at Leica in Wetzlar, Germany. He is the person who is responsible for developing new lenses in keeping with that elusive and exclusive "Leica Look". In this one-hour webinar presentation Peter shares with us the history of M lens development right up to the current range of M System lenses including the incredible 75mm Noctilux-M f1.25.

This is quite a technical discussion, worthy of playing carefully to absorb all that Peter is saying. It also gives some amazing insights into how lenses are designed and also the incredible attention to detail that goes into the production of Leica M lenses.
