Tomatillo salsa and Roma tomato salsa

For the tomatillo salsa
About 12 tomatillos
1/4 white onion
1 jalapeño
1 Poblano pepper
3 cloves of garlic
About 1-2 tablespoons of cilantro (to taste)
Salt and pepper

Roast the peppers, garlic, and tomatillos. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend.

For the Roma tomato salsa
About 5 tomatoes
1/4 purple onion
1 jalapeño
3 cloves of garlic
About 1-2 tablespoons of cilantro (to your liking)
Salt and pepper

Roast the tomato, pepper, and garlic. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend.
