The Seal Beach Pier in California is a great relaxing place to visit. The small town feel of the city combined with beach atmosphere lead to a nice low key experience that you don't find in all beach communities. On a windy day in August of 2018 we visited the beach and Pier area just as the sun began to set. The wind kicked up and almost knocked the camera over a few times.
