Hottetok: Korean Caramel-Stuffed Pancakes Recipe 호떡

Today, I want to show you how to make Korean caramel-stuffed pancakes called hotteok. Hotteok are one of Korea’s most popular street foods during the winter, but they’re hard to find in the summer time, so today I made a Kwon’s Corner summer special Hotteok, as well as the original authentic version of Hotteok. Hotteok are super easy to make, nutty, sweet, and delicious. Let’s get started!

Hotteok dough Ingredients (호떡):
Bread flour
Glutinous rice flour
White sugar
salt
Dry yeast
Olive oil
Water

Hotteok filling Ingredients (호떡):
Roasted Peanuts
Walnuts
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Brown sugar

Powdered sugar
Chocolate Syrup
Dark chocolate
