Intel NUC Overheat cooling Mod / Loud fan Fix (NUC7i7BNH)

I love my NUC7i7BNH, POWERFUL intel 7th Gen i7 Mini Pc that fits in your pocket !! But the CPU FAN is WAY too loud doing any tasks, GETS OVER 100°C FULL LOAD . here are my hacks . stays around 28°C idle ... gets around 70°C full load for many hours of stress testing! Best of all , hardly any Fan noise what so ever !!
The one with Heatsink doesn't even need the fan going unless CPU at 100% full load .
Note:NUC7i7BNH show up as NUC7i7BNB in CPUID HWmonitor ..
