Laughlin, Nevada started with a man called Don Laughlin. He was earning 3X the salary of his principal from school. The principal gave him an ultimatum to finish school and stop his slot machine business. He chose to start a business instead. He flew to Las Vegas and bought a casino "101 Casino." Later on as he was flying in his private plane, he saw this land by the river. He sold his casino in Las Vegas and bought a small motel by the river.
The mailman was insisting that he gives an address to send him letters. He told the mailman to put Laughlin because it is a good Irish name. Thus, the place is now called Laughlin.
Before you go, remember these 3 things; sun protection, bug spray and lots of water.
