Vida asserted that their high-level delegation will come home “definitely not empty-handed.” Vida meanwhile declined to call the search for fugitive former lawmaker Zaldy Co as a an “impossible” search. This, as the Philippines continues to piece together multiple sightings across Europe of the politician wanted for the malversation of billions of public funds for flood control projects.
