Number 15 Dwarf Pigs

You will be surprised at how well a pig can clean up. You may have an already formed idea about what pigs are like: dirty, loud, and not cute, however, dwarf pigs, also called miniature pigs or teacup pigs, will quickly change your mind. Dwarf pigs are incredibly adorable and make awesome pets for people who have allergies because dwarf pigs are hypoallergenic. They are also very social animals and will always want to be around you or other members of the family, so if you plan on being away for long periods, you should consider getting two dwarf pigs. Dwarf pigs are pigs that have small and perked-back ears. They also possess a potbelly and general chubby figure with round heads, short legs, short snout, short neck, and short tail with a thick shock of hair at its end. Dwarf pigs can weigh between 23kg to 90kg. Domesticated pigs can be potty trained and they will be able to pass waste in litter boxes with pine pellets. The origin of teacup pigs or miniature pigs isn’t so pleasant. Normal breeds of piglets were starved and malnourished before being sold by fraudulent breeders to unsuspecting families who end up with a large pig before the end of two years. To avoid being sold a large pig piglet in place of a miniature pig, request to see the parents, and possibly the grandparents, of the pig you want to purchase. Also, ensure you ha e your cities permission to raise a pig as a domestic pet as some cities do not allow the raising of farm animals as domestic pets.

Number 14 Kinkajou

Kinkajous are cute, little animals that live in tropicals forests and can be found in Central and South America. They spend most of their time in trees and have the weird ability to turn their feet backward to enable them to run in either direction. With this ability, they can easily run on branches and tree trunks. They are about the same size as regular house cats. They may be mistaken for relatives of monkeys, but they are in fact more closely related to raccoons. Kinkajous have gripping or prehensile tails that they can use as a third arm. They can hang from this tail because it is quite powerful, and it can serve as a warm, cozy blanket for when its bedtime high up in the canopy of trees. Kinkajous are happy and sociable animals that can be perfect pets if trained from a young age. They are also curious and enjoy exploring their surroundings and new faces. One of the favorite meal of kinkajous is honey, which earned them the nickname “honey bears”. They raid beehives and use their long, skinny tongues to slurp the honey directly. Kinkajous are more active at night, making them great pet options for night owls who want some company while they work or watch movies. Kinkajous give birth to one baby kinkajou and the baby quickly develops such that by the second month, it is able to hang from its tail upside down. Kinkajous have a long lifespan of about 25 years if well taken care of, so you are sure of having a long-term friend.
