St Stephen's Basilica Organ BUDAPEST

The organ of the Basilica was built by József Angster in1905
and in a recent renovation by restorers Váradi and Son
the organ had a new four-manual keyboard, new frontage
and an additional 13 registers (total now 93).
It has 6,500 pipes with the largest 10 meters long.

Hungarian organ composers include Franz List,
Dezső Antalffy-Zsiross, Zsigmond Szathmary
and György Ligeti
