Behr Premium DeckRestore paint for outdoor decks. I did a walk through of using the product and the issues I ran into. I didn't really show the process of painting since its pretty much just painting.
Clean the Deck thoroughly using Thompson Deck Cleaner products. Make sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting bleach substance on, including shoes. This was the hardest part by far, since it required a lot of scrubbing with a push broom.

Let it dry for a few days. Mandatory otherwise the water in the wood will cause the paint to bubble and peal.

Get a good paint roller with a long handle. I had to duck tape mine since the threads were slightly off - I'm a cheapskate and didn't buy a good roller and regret it cause it caused a lot of annoyance.

Do 2 coats of paint with about 10-12 hours between coats.
