Some of my users weren’t receiving their emails.

As a founder building in public, that’s a huge red flag.

So I decided to move from Brevo to a self-hosted newsletter system using Listmonk deployed on my
Kubernetes cluster. Now I control the infrastructure, delivery, and data.
