✨ Ingredients:
- 2 lbs carrots
- 6 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Sea salt + cracked black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the carrots in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- In a small sauté pan, melt the butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the carrots.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
- Bake the carrots for 30–40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes to ensure they’re evenly coated in the glaze. The carrots should be tender and caramelized when done.
- Serve warm.
