Sen. Kamala Harris joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss her heated exchange with fellow presidential candidate Joe Biden during Thursday night’s Democratic debate. Harris took aim at the former vice president’s position in the 1970s and 80s when he opposed the federal government's involvement in using busing to help desegregate schools.
