全脂牛奶 Whole Milk 58g
速發酵母 Instant Yeast 1g
原糖 Raw Sugar 10g
淡味油 Vegetable Oil 2.5g
中筋麵粉 All Purpose Flour 100g

🌟牛奶可按麵粉吸水能力自行加減3g
Add 3g more or less whole milk depending on different brands of flour

🌟轉用水約50-53g (視乎麵粉吸水能力）
If use water instead of milk, then add 50-53g, depending on different brands of flour

🌟油份量可按喜歡的光亮度作酙量調整
Adding a bit more or less oil may affect the brightness of the steamed buns
