The Hewlett Gulch Trail is a fun way to spend a good portion of a day with kids and friends. Located a short 30 minute drive from Fort Collins, Colorado it is adorned with scenic mountain views and plenty of areas for kids to play and explore. We only did about 1-2 mild portions of this trial. Our 6 and 8 year old girls had no problems on this easy trial. It is a fun way to spend 2-4 hours with kids. Don’t forget to pack plenty of snacks and water. We all know kids can’t go a half hour without needing a snack.
