Frigidaire Ice Maker Tray Repair

My Frigidaire FGHB2869LFA refrigerator ice dispenser locked up and had a solid block of ice in it. I show how to replace the ice tray. I also show how to fix the sensor and plastic and styrofoam part that sometimes fall off the bottom of the ice tray.
