Biden 'rambles' whether or not there's 'a man on the moon'

Twitter is ripping into Joe Biden's CNN town hall appearance today where the president was seen "rambling" on "whether or not there's a man on the moon".

Mr Biden took part in CNN's presidential town hall with host Don Lemon where the president addressed a number of issues his administration had been facing.

Twitter called out Biden's "rambling" and said the president appeared to "struggle" to keep his thoughts straight during the hour-long event.
