TINA TURNER ~ "My Adventures with the Queen Of Rock" ~ by Lucas Alexander

The recent 2021 HBO Documentary film "TINA" about the legendary Queen Of Rock TINA TURNER premiered to enormous succes and became the top-rated documentary on that channel. Tina Turner is as popular as ever, even though she has been retired from touring and performing for more than 10 years. Her life story is legendary and her stage prescence extraordinary and unforgettable.

Lucas Alexander (Singer, Actor, Investigative Reporter) has quite a story to tell about his early childhood and teenage years, being introduced to rock music, through Tina Turner, who had just had the most memorable and sensational comeback in music history with the album "Private Dancer" and the no. 1 hit-single "What´s Love Got To Do With It", and how he got to follow her tours around in numerous countries at an early age, and getting to meet Tina Turner several times. This also introduced him to many people who surrounded Tina, and the many friendships from all over the world that developed People who shared the same interest in the remarkable and unique singer and performer, that is Tina. Also meeting Ike Turner, which was another fascinating experience.

In 2016 Lucas Alexander interviewed Rhonda Graam, Tina Turner´s personal assistant for 55 years, and the former tour manager for the Ike & Tina Turner Revue. Sadly Rhonda Graam died 2 months before the release of the new "TINA" documentary, which is played an instrumental part in making and supplying previously unseen material for.

This is fan testimony with many interesting highlights from from all the wonderful adventures Lucas Alexander had in his very early, formative years.
