Welcome to SLAM (Sweat Like a Mother), a group fitness program designed for moms, spouses, & expecting mothers.

SLAM was designed to provide women with a safe space to come as they are and realise how strong and powerful they are.

Kids of all ages are welcome!

In fact, most SLAM sessions encourage you to bring your little ones while you get the opportunity to work on a variety of movements that accommodate all levels of fitness.
