Thoughts on Endgame Grinders (Niche Zero vs. Kafatek Monolith Flat)

I had a chance to borrow a Kafatek Monolith Flat with SSP Red Burrs and pit it against my Niche Zero! Here is a video covering my thoughts on this tier of grinders. I'm still editing my Blooming Espresso video but I have been busy working on Coffee Housing and roasting coffee on the Aillio Bullet!
