BREAKING UPDATE** Shell Deer Park Arrest-ALL CHARGES DROPPED*

Today the State reviewed the Video from the Shell Cameras and found a number of things that did not match Harris County Deputy Rene Ybarras Offense report.The DA called Ybarra and in the course of the conversation the Deputy admitted he only brought charges because he was upset that I declined to ID myself.
In response to that information-the State had no choice but to dismiss all Criminal charges.
