WILD CAMPING DARTMOOR - We SLEPT in a COW FIELD!

The first part of our two day 20km hiking adventure in Dartmoor national park.

In this video we start off in the quaint village of Postbridge inside Dartmoor national park where we leave our car and head off on foot with everything we need to last us 48 hours out in the wild.

We hike up to find some of the famous Dartmoor Tors and find a beautiful tor for a lunchtime view before heading off to scramble through thick vegetation, and a few more hours of hiking before cooling off in a beautiful spot for a wild swim in one of Dartmoor rivers.

After a refreshing swim we have to push on with a few more hours of hiking to try and find a suitable and legal wild camping spot before the sun goes down, along the way we find one of the 16 stone circles that can be found across this unique landscape then make our way through the beautiful and dense Fernworthy forest, through a reservoir and up another vast open green space where we finally thought we found a great camping field… then realising it was full of cows!
