LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – Episode I: The Phantom Menace (First 25 Minutes)
The episode opens with the signature LEGO-style Star Wars crawl, explaining that the Trade Federation has blockaded the peaceful planet Naboo, and two Jedi—Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi—have been sent to negotiate peace.

Mission 1: “A Bigger Fish”
You begin aboard the Trade Federation ship, playing as Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. The first area serves as a gentle tutorial, teaching basic combat (lightsaber attacks, blocks, and deflecting blaster fire), Force abilities (moving objects, solving small environmental puzzles), and switching between characters. The Jedi explore the ship’s interior, quickly encountering battle droids, which introduces combat mechanics and enemy types.

After an attempted assassination by the Federation (via gas), the Jedi escape through ventilation shafts—classic LEGO humor is sprinkled in, with slapstick gags and exaggerated facial expressions.

Mission 2: “The Boonta Eve Classic” (starts after about 15-20 minutes)
After escaping the ship, you’ll reach Naboo and help Queen Amidala flee. This then leads to your arrival on Tatooine, where the group seeks parts for their broken ship. Here you meet Anakin Skywalker, a young slave living with his mother.

At this point, you get to explore Mos Espa, one of the first major open-world hubs. You can take a break from the main mission to explore side quests, collect Kyber Bricks, or just enjoy the LEGO interpretation of Tatooine.

After talking with Watto and learning about the podrace, you begin preparing for the Boonta Eve Classic. If you’re quick, you might just start the podrace mission around the 25-minute mark.
