🏛️ About Sai Baba Prasadalay (Shirdi)
• It was built by the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust in 2009. 
• The Prasadalaya is considered one of Asia’s largest free food kitchens. 
• The total built-up area is ~ 11,550 sq m. 
• On the ground floor, seating capacity is ~ 3,500 people; two halls on the first floor each seat ~ 1,000. 
• It serves free meals or very nominal charges (for those who can pay) to devotees. 
• The food is vegetarian, and the typical menu includes: dal, rice, chapati, two vegetable dishes, and a sweet. 
• The kitchen is solar-powered—with multiple solar dishes/rooftop solar installations—making it one of the world’s largest solar‑powered cooking kitchens. 
• It is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

ℹ️ Recent Update / Token System

To manage crowd and misuse, the Sansthan Trust has introduced a token system for free prasadalay meals. Devotees must obtain a token (after completing the worship of Sai Baba) to enter the dining hall.
