Nishma (Dhungana) Choudhary is a media personality in Nepal. Starting her journey in Miss Nepal 2015 as a top 5 finalist, she has established herself as a prominent host via her instincts in radio and television.
She is a student of Clinical Psychology, hence, advocates for mental health.
Currently, she is working in podcast focusing on health issues. Also, her shows on social issues like bullying is lined up.
In this video Nishma shares bits of her thoughts on her definition of life, love, her family’s influence, importance of her identity and her advocacy. In short, she has put herself out. Nishma Choudhary is a television presenter, former RJ and a host who started her journey in Media with Miss Nepal 2015- Placing top 5 and winning 2 subtitles there. Her journey as a chat show host started in Radionagarik which further brought her to Himalaya TV. Further, she has hosted Backstage for popular reality show Roadies-season 3 and Subhasamachar for popular page Routine of Nepal Banda.
Currently, she is a podcast host for The Good Health which is a health related show. She has collaborated with UNWomen and YTS for a mental health related podcast as well.
She is a student of Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology which also makes her an open advocate for mental health issues. Her initiation for emotional support- The Missing Counselor which was started during lockdown was extremely helpful for people.
