Which Defence Minister(s) Is Responsible For The LCS Scandal? RM6 billion & the ships are lost!

RM6 billion of duit rakyat has been paid, but there's nothing to show for it. Now, cost has gone up to RM11 billion, but only for 5 ships.
Contract was signed in 2014. Zahid was minister, then Hishammuddin H.
Worse still, the bumi contractor used the RM6 billion to pay off its debts.
As the money was used to settle its debt, now only 5 ship can be made!!!
Mismanagement. Theft of Rakyat's money. Don't care attitude. Siapa Salah?
