How to get to New Austin EARLY in Red Dead Redemption 2 (After Patch RDR2 1.05)

This glitch allows you to explore Blackwater, Armadillo and Tumbleweed (West Elizabeth and New Austin) as Arthur Morgan without being hunted or instantly killed, way before completing the story in Red Dead Redemption 2. This glitch still works after game's update v1.05.
