In this guitar lesson series I will show how to play all of C.C. Deville's infectious guitar parts to the Poison hit "Talk Dirty To Me".

In this Talk Dirty To Me guitar lesson we will go through all of his chords and riffs and finish everything off in the second video lesson with a note-for-note breakdown of all of his lead guitar parts! :)

The opening riff to Talk Dirty To Me is probably the most recognized guitar riff in Poison's career. The fast moving power chords are almost a happy and upbeat version of Black Sabbath's "Iron Man".

In this first video lesson we will go through that intro riff and all the verse and chorus riffs as well. There are also a couple of guitar fills that I will show you.

In the second video lesson I will show you how to play the main guitar solo and the outro solo as well. This main solo is C.C. Deville at his best with catchy double-stops that shift around the fretboard very fast, classic blues licks and a long descending legato phrase. There is definitely a lot to work on with this one.

Since the techniques used in the solo are so different from one another it would be great to break the solo up into sections and work on those specific techniques before putting them together into one solo.
