Christmas Canon Live from Portland, Oregon

First time ever seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra Live in concert! and this particular song will always mean the world to be because 14 years ago try to the date (technically the day before) my childhood and lifelong best friend who was like my sister, passed away. Oddly enough, the very first time I've ever heard this song, Christmas Canon, that I can recall was as we were pulling into the cemetery where Amanda's memorial service was being held. As soon as this utterly beautiful song started playing at that very moment... it hit me harder than ever that she was really, truly gone forever here in this earth at the young age of 23. After this, I couldn't bring myself to listen to this song for a few years until one day it came on the radio again and something had changed.. it instead of bringing me such sadness and grief, it brought me tears. Good tears. It was like I could feel her right beside me so I listened to the song again and it instead brought me such peace I knew she was then safe in Heaven and most certainly watching over me and my young daughter, her God daughter. So then every Christmas season when it'd come on the radio while I was driving, it'd bring happy tears to my eyes because I knew the sing was for me from her.

It was only just this year that I saw that Trans Siberian Orchestra was going to be playing in Portland, Oregon on November 28th, 2021- the day after she passed away that this was no coincidence. I had to go! I recorded this gorgeous song in memory of My best friend, my sister. They came at the absolute perfect timing! Even my now 14 year old daughter was so excited to come see the show and hear this song. So here we are now, at the concert listening to Christmas Canon Rock on her Heavenly anniversary. This meant so much to me.
After we left, my daughter and I decided to make this part of our Holiday tradition in honor of our dearest loved one, Amanda J. McGinnis. Gone far too soon.

This YouTube Channel is currently under going some very good and much needed positives Changes as we are switching up the type of content I usually post.

At first, it was just a page to upload all my daughters events from a young age to her now teenage, young adult self. This channel was mainly for friends and family. Then her 3rd grade field trip video of a cow giving birth in a ln Emergency situation and life saving situation that her class got to witness and I recorded and posted went crazy viral! I started gaining subscribers after that video. Like, A LOT! My channel then got monetized for some videos..
but now, it's officially time to revamp! We're working on getting real equipment and ke as well as finding a great editing program and learn how to edit the greatest possible videos for every one! My baby has grown up! Yes, sometimes I'll probably still sneak in a video or two of her on here somewhere, but a dear friend of mine are looking into changing the content here up to paranormal, abandoned, and potentially haunted places! I'm a bit of a skeptic, but I still absolutely LOVE this stuff!
