You know this situation when your friend goes to the sea and you don't... on the other hand your friend brings you a ton of seashells reminding you that it was HE who relaxed at the sea, but not you. So. Back to the seashells. You have a ton of them. I'll show you not my and my (no) ideas how to decorate them.

0:00 make tiny hole (I used knife, scissors and a dozen of my nerves);
0:15 polymer clay to close another unnecessary hole;
0:24 🐚 one in one (gold leaf for big and small shells);
0:47 "eyes" of the pin should be perpendicular;
1:10 🐚 glue tiny shells into the bigger one and add epoxy resin;
1:25 🐚 I applied super glue around the edge and dipped in sand (buckwheat flour, hehe). Glitter is optional;
1:35 blue pigment (later I added blue food colouring to make colour more saturated);
1:39 🐚 sunset and palms (acrylic and gouache paint);
2:05 galaxy;
2:14 turtles;
2:24 night forest;
2:29 yes, I glued one piece of glitter to make stars;
2:41 a thin layer of epoxy resin to protect painting and fix the pin;
3:02 the result.
